What is your minimum and maximum order quantity?
We are flexible with order sizes:
- Small orders: 2,000–5,000 pieces per style
- Large orders: 100,000–400,000 pieces per style
How do you ensure product quality?
We maintain a comprehensive quality control system:
- Two QC staff are stationed at each factory daily.
- Daily factory visits by our QC Manager.
- Active involvement of merchandisers during production.
- Special QC audit team reporting directly to top management.
- Inline and final inspections before shipment
How does Elegant Threads handle buyer inquiries and orders?
- We reply to all faxes/emails the same day.
- We confirm pricing and delivery schedules promptly after verifying with our factories.
- Once the buyer issues a PO sheet, we request a Master L/C.
We transfer the L/C to the factory and push for a Back-to-Back L/C for fabrics and accessories. - We follow up closely on fabric/accessory delivery, approvals, and pre-production samples.
- Our QA team conducts inline and final inspections before bulk production.
- After shipment, we monitor cargo stuffing, vessel booking, ETD/ETA, and update buyers regularly.
- Shipping documents are prepared and submitted without delay for smooth buyer clearance.
Do you provide sample development before production?
Yes. We provide fabric, accessory, and garment samples for buyer approval before bulk production begins. Pre-production/size set samples are also developed and approved before production starts.
How do you maintain communication with buyers?
We maintain daily communication via fax/email with buyers throughout the entire order process, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and quick resolution of any issues.
